Children’s Education Ministries Mission Statement

We desire that all children come to know how very precious they are in the Lord's sight.

It is our desire to help children:

  • Understand the Gospel message so that they may more personally experience the peace and power that Christ brings as their Lord and Savior.
  • Have opportunities to develop from an early age their God-given gifts through music, study, worship, evangelism, service to others, and stewardship of all that God has provided.
  • Have opportunities to experience worship as an integral part of their Christian life.
  • Develop a positive image of Christ and the church.

Count Me In! Volunteer Opportunities

We are a congregation that "cares for kids" through our Christ-centered programs. Each year it takes more than 100 volunteers to make our programs a success. There are many opportunities in various areas and time commitments. Some examples are resource preparation, snack helper, games leader, teacher, craft helper, shepherd. Opportunities are available weekly, monthly, or a one time special event. Pick up a volunteer registration form.

Some volunteer positions fill quickly, so turn in your forms promptly for the best selection of opportunities! If you are having trouble deciding where your gifts and talents can be best used, please don’t hesitate to call the C.E. office 437-9052, ext 20 or 27
