Baptisms at Our Saviour’s Evangelical Lutheran
By water and the Holy Spirit we are made members of the Church which is the body of Christ.
Baptism Classes for parents and expectant parents are held everyother month. This class is required only for families preparing for their first baptism at Our Saviour’s. The baptism class is for one hour with the pastor. Parents are welcome to bring babies to class as childcare is not available. To help prepare for the service of Baptism this instructional class will:
explore the meaning of the Sacrament of Baptism
help you plan for this event
answer any questions you might have
OSEL celebrates the Sacrament of Baptism during regular worship services. You may arrange for baptisms every week at the Saturday 5:30 p.m. service (September through May) or Sunday at 8:00 a.m. service. For Sundays at 9:15 a.m. service and 10:35 a.m. service, please call for available Sundays.
